Production
A Katamari Damacy boardgame that I made with a group of 5 other people.
During college I took on the producer role multiple times but for this I will talk about my main role as producer for the game Primal Knockout.

A part of making the project move forward is making sure it does not move backwards, I ended up holding meetings at the end of sprints to have some retrospection and ask the members of the group what could have been done better for the next sprint and what went well. I spend a lot of time making sure that every member of the group is not being overworked and is feeling okay with the project and the people around them.
As producer my main role was to make sure the project went on smoothly and an effective way of doing this was making spreadsheets to keep track of all the tasks that needed to get done in order for the project to finish. I ended up trying multiple applications but ended up using google spreadsheets to make sprint planners.

There are many other parts of producing that I have done that do not necessarily need pictures associated with them. During this time I gave 30+ interviews in a week to make sure that my team that would make a game with me would work together nicely and be able to push forward. Another thing is making sure everyone in the group is not being overworked and the work is even so as to not have internal tension. Through this project and many others I have grasped what it means to produce for teams as small as 4 people upwards to 14 people.
